Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a evidence-based therapy that can help individuals identify negative thought patterns and behaviours and learn new ways of thinking and behaving. I have extensive experience in using CBT to treat a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and psychosis.
Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a talk-based therapy that can help individuals explore and process their emotions and experiences. I use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I am committed to helping my clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.
Dialectial Behavior Therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of talk therapy (psychotherapy). It’s based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but it’s specially adapted for people who experience emotions very intensely. “Dialectical” means combining opposite ideas. DBT focuses on helping people accept the reality of their lives and their behaviors, as well as helping them learn to change their lives, including their unhelpful behaviors.

That's why I work collaboratively with my clients to create personalized treatment plans that address your specific needs and goals. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside my clients to help you find your voice, build your confidence, and achieve a greater sense of self-awareness and fulfillment.
Therapy sessions with me will look very laid back and comfortable. It is all about you, after all! We will talk about you and what is important to you. Remember, you are the expert of your own story! Together, we can work to rewrite your narrative to be the person that you want to be, identify your limiting beliefs, take small steps towards your future, and come to an understanding that it is YOU who writes your story.
